The project will focus on supporting the department in:
• Shaping a new and innovative way to manage the problem solving activity, applying lean manufacturing principles.
• Improving efficiency of current problem solving activity.
• Reducing timings for problems resolution.
• Increasing the workforce in Quality to deal with problem solving in ramp-up phase of a new model.
• Challenging other departments to ensure a more effective problems resolution. |
